The Western Regional Business Manager , BioD will be responsible for targeting, signing and managing BioD Dealers and Accounts to assure top line growth in product purchases. The region will cover the following states:
Primary responsibility will be to lead Dealers to achieve growth objectives within region on monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Additionally, the Regional Business Manager will work directly with large Accounts and Key Opinion Leaders to identify regional/corporate opportunities leading to the meeting/exceeding of financial goals via growth and contracting strategies that improve Integra’s reach and penetration within those groups. Additional responsibilities include working with Marketing, Enterprise, Government, Customer Service and other support functions to ensure that resources are appropriately applied based on ROI in order to grow and meet financial and business targets.
Directs execution of strategic account plans with the Dealer Teams to ensure achievement of assigned business goals; represents the company as a recognized expert and partner at the Executive level- (CEO, CFO, and COO), directs business development activities within major key accounts for the BioDSpine, Orthopedic, & Urologic list of products and services. Ultimately responsible for working closely with the Business Unit Director to achieve the overall sales objectives and driving organic growth in excess of the Company’s overall BioD operating plan.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for his position.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales/Marketing, Economics or other related field
7+ years of sales experience including strategic public/govt./IDN selling and negotiation training
5+ years of management experience in Healthcare
Demonstrated repeated ability to meet sales targets and operating plans set forth
Previous experience managing sales professionals in both a direct and distribution model
Prior experience working in matrix environment; proven track record of establishing credibility, influencing, and achieving results
Previous experience preferred within the following areas: CXO Selling, Orthopedics, Urology, Medical/Surgical Devices
Military experience desirable
Location- Candidate will be required to live in proximity of major airport within the specified region

Must speak be fluent in English
