Job Description

The Vice President of Corporate FP&A (VP) oversees the finance, planning and analytics of the consolidation of all business divisions across Integra along with the Corporate functions. He/She will closely monitor financial metrics such as revenue, gross margins, operating expenses, and profit margins. This position analyzes trends in these KPIs to identify any unexpected variances. Additionally, the VP plays a pivotal role in creating budgets and periodic forecasts. These forecasts aid senior management in decision-making by providing insights into the company’s financial performance.

A successful VP will be able to establish an ability to collaborate with the Business Division FP&A Teams to understand the accounting and business operations to allow him/her to bridge the gap between historical performance and future assumptions.

As part of the standard reporting and forecast cycles, the VP will orchestrate the creation of an integrated annual operating plan and several interim forecast updates during the course of the year. For actual results, the VP will report out monthly, quarterly for standing Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board presentations. Finally, the VP will facilitate the Long-Range planning process that builds a 5 year forecast for the business to support growth strategies and long-term decision making.

Other responsibilities include ad-hoc business performance reporting, implementation of a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.

This position reports directly to the CFO and manages a team of direct and indirect reports of about 15-20 professionals.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field required.

  • Advanced degrees, such as a master’s in business administration (MBA) or a master’s in accounting (MAcc), preferred

  • 12-15 years of experience in finance, accounting, business management or related field.

  • Prior experience in managing the financials for business divisions/units and/or performing finance, planning and analytic activities.

  • Strong leadership skills to manage across functional groups, communicate effectively, and drive change.

  • Proficiency in analyzing financial data, identifying opportunities, and recommending improvements.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with stakeholders.

  • Established experience in influencing and building relationships with executive leaders.
