Contract Management Administration:
Perform compliance measurements on CSS volume based contracts. This may involve extensive research, statistical reporting and analysis
Monitor contract performance against contract commitments on a monthly basis
Execute price adjustments for contract remediation using thorough analysis and calculations
Prepare and send corrective action communication to non-compliant customers and affected field sales force. Implement pricing action through Model N contracting pricing system
Organize, maintain all contract and pricing agreement documentation, function’s processes (SOPs)
Maintains MPPA membership for Regional buying groups
Maintain compliance and payment reports, along with any sales roster and territory alignment updates for impacted contracting and pricing systems
Gather and analyze measurement and payment metrics to review contracting strategies effectiveness
Partner closely with peers within function to ensure smooth handoffs in the contract continuum
Ability to interpret contractual language and admin/rebate structures
Responsible for proper SOP documentation related to duties and responsibilities within the contract department.
Lead special compliance and rebate projects as necessary
Admin fee, Rebates & Membership Administration
Process all admin fees/rebates in an accurate and timely manner. Review, revise, and establish admin fees/rebates processing standard operating procedures as needed to ensure funds are processed according to company policies and contractual obligations
Creating and managing quality checks of all admin fees
Creation/Preparation and timely communication of admin feesReportsfor all participating groups
Research membership questions from vendors, management and members
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline from an accredited university or college.
3-5 years plus surgical products sales operations experience with a minimum 2 years spent in a contract or finance administration department
Strong written verbal, computer and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills specifically Excel and database environment (Access/Oracle/Cognos
Ability to work with all levels of management; work in a fast paced environment while managing multiple deadlines
