Responsibilities

Chargeback Administration:

  • Validate all chargeback & resubmission lines for our wholesaler partners. Work closely with and understand all components of contract. administration and membership. Gain knowledge on all chargeback deductions and reconcile differences with our accounts receivable team.

  • Proactively analyzes chargeback data to uncover issues, identify trends, and to develop and propose potential solutions for approval by management. Maintain excellent communication with wholesalers to resolve chargeback errors associated with pricing, membership, eligibility, dating and claims data.

  • Analyzes, evaluates, and applies critical thinking and business acumen to ensure proper handling of each issue and/or document.

  • Utilizes all available techniques and sources to work with the assigned wholesaler to minimize financial deductions and disputes.

  • Utilizes sales tracings reports to help identify pricing issues and reconciles promptly with wholesalers and internal Integra teams.

  • Investigates and reports all contract price discrepancies pertaining to CSScontracts.

  • Responsible for proper SOP and Work Instruction documentation related to duties and responsibilities within the contract department.

  • Ability to multi-task; effectively manage time and set priorities; and work under firm and quick-turn-around deadlines.

  • Performs frequent ad hoc analysis of customer, pricing, contract eligibility and chargeback issues.

  • Lead special contract-related projects as necessary.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Provide input and instruction to all functions within Integra that support ongoing chargeback administration process.

Company Representation:

  • Represent the company in a manner consistent with policy and procedure at all conventions and key customer gatherings.

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline from an accredited university or college.

  • 1-3+ years plus surgical products sales operations experience with a minimum 2 years spent in a contract administration department

  • Chargeback and Model N experience a plus

  • Strong written verbal, computer and interpersonal skills including strong analytical skills specifically Excel and database environment (Access/Oracle/Cognos).Experience with Model N revenue management or similar system is preferred.

  • Has experience with analytical techniques to determine reasonableness of data, trends and the root cause of issues.
