RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Integra is building an Inside Sales Channel to optimize its market penetration with industry leading products in its Tissue Technology division. The successful candidate(s) will be part of that new Inside Sales team and have the opportunity to demonstrate their sales expertise in accelerating sales through this channel. This is not a cold calling position in a call center but is a position for individuals who are excited by executing an entrepreneurial approach and know how to quickly cultivate and deepen relationships with new and existing clients. This team will lead the company’s initiative to optimize virtual selling techniques, leveraging digital tools and digital content to scale customer response and virtual engagement.

The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for meeting revenue objectives within an assigned sales territory. The Inside Sales Account Manager will implement a strategic sales plan to create greater awareness for the company’s products within focused accounts through diverse virtual selling efforts. In addition to meeting revenue objectives, the team will streamline the process of lead qualification, triaging incoming leads and supporting the funnel for both the inside and field sales teams.

  • Directly responsible for growing sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets according to company objectives.

  • Maximize revenue by selling into new and existing accounts primarily through phone sales, e-mails, and online presentations; upsell to existing customers and continuously identify opportunities for customer development and revenue growth

  • Qualify and action leads generated through multiple marketing sources, providing the highest level of customer response.

  • Develop opportunities through prospecting (phone and email), leads driven via webinars, email promotions, trade shows and events, and web and phone inquiries

  • Accurately maintain Salesforce database and manage a sales pipeline leveraging a targeted portfolio of products.

  • Manage and organize a high level of productivity through the effective use of all available resources, including email, phone and database systems.

  • Negotiate and close on new revenue opportunities while maintaining high close rates and profitability.

  • Maintain and expand the database of contacts and prospects of the organization.

  • Maintain accurate and complete records in the CRM system and prepare and submit accurate and timely forecasts, ensure the opportunity pipelines, account activity, quote activity, contact management, assets and result reporting is accurately populated and utilized.

  • Gain a strong technical understanding of product content with the goal of cross-selling and expanding the reach of the product portfolio.

  • Conduct compelling digital product demonstrations that highlight the value that Integra products offer to the customer and patients by addressing their specific pain points (most presentations will be conducted via online meeting tools, but in-person presentations will be required from time to time)

  • Use sales tools and follow the established sale process that aligns with the customer buying process. Identify sales leads and opportunities remotely with new and existing customers

  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers and improve customer experience.

  • Engage in individual and team coaching routines with an open, cooperative, and positive attitude

  • Build a strong internal network to support the efficient delivery of value to our customers. Work collaboratively with sales and service to support quota achievement

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of on-quota, inside or outside sales experience including

  • Proven track record of consistent top sales performance

  • Strong influencer with exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong initiator, self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with a “consider-it-done attitude”

  • Experience conducting product demonstrations live and via online meeting tools

  • Demonstrated knowledge of social network prospecting

  • Ability to work effectively in a “we all win or we don’t play” team environment.

  • Ability to set and achieve aggressive sales goals and takes responsibility for results

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and explain technical benefits and values at a moment’s notice.

  • Expert in decision making problem resolution and creative thinking skills in

  • Able to overcome the ambiguity of a working environment with limited direction in a remote setting

  • Embrace professional development, give and welcome constructive feedback; contribute to building a positive team environment.

  • Able to treat others with respect; work with integrity and ethically; uphold organizational values.

  • Excellent organization, presentation, and time management skills

  • Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.

  • Motivated by high earning potential and knows how to celebrate the wins.

  • Occasional travel

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of B2B inside sales, field sales or transferrable skills in customer-centric selling, selling to healthcare professionals

  • Proficient user of SalesForce.com, including forecasting and reporting on sales activity

  • Working knowledge of Oracle
