1Summary description

The Manager, Marketing Operations will report to the Strategy and BD Director. The Manager, Marketing Operations will be responsible for supporting the overall marketing daily work with a strong cross-functional communication skills and execution capabilities, including marketing event/HCP engagement application process, marketing event planning and execution support, MKT database management, MKT material/vendor management, maintain and optimize MKT related process, documentation of MKT related legal documents, DEMO and FOC management, media management.

2Essential duties and responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

  • Marketing event/HCP engagement application process: gathering, screening, and submitting marketing event/HCP engagement applications to Compliance/Legal team timely and comply with company code.

  • Marketing event planning and execution support: provide onsite event support/ meeting material producing/preparation as requested by PMs/PEs, cooperate with Procurement department to complete the bidding process of related project when necessary.

  • Coordinate marketing team, salesforce team with Compliance/Legal team on Compliance related requirements/needs/issues raised by them. Coordinate and work closely with the Legal and Compliance Department and provide support when necessary.

  • Tracking, filing, and reporting marketing related legal documents.

  • Take lead in establishing, monitoring, streamlining, and training of local procedures related to the Marketing Department, such as event application, HCP engagement application, PMAP, Marketing demo/FOC management process, etc.

  • Work effectively with other functional teams (Procurement/Commercial/TSR/etc.) to support business growth.

  • Cooperate with internal and external audit related to the Marketing Department and proactively follow up pending matters.

3Qualification and Skills

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.

  • Bachelor and above, health care related.

  • Fluent English reading, writing and spoken is essential in addition to local language(s).

  • High emotional intelligence and engagement skills.

  • Demonstrate business intellect coupled with lateral thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Model resilience and flexibility; adapts well to new circumstances and adversity.

  • Demonstrate a bias to working in a team-oriented fashion, supporting others’ success.

  • Preferably to have experience in sales/ MKT in healthcare industry.

  • Overseas experience is preferred.
