其他考核指标
所在城市的来自常压脑积水病人的产品销售（暂定：100个常压脑积水病人 / 年）
所在大区的常压脑积水中心新开数量（暂定：2个新中心 / 年 / 大区）
汇报线和职级
直接向大区经理汇报，年资在Key Account Manager到District Sales Manager之间
沿用公司现有的销售组织架构体系不变，根据候选人的经验和面试表现进行定级;比如某候选人可定级为 District Sales Manager – Hydro
薪资待遇也与现有的销售组织架构统一，包括基本工资和目标奖金
