Responsibilities

  • Read blueprints and specifications

  • Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards

  • Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process

  • Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced

  • Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, micrometers, comparators

  • Accept or reject finished items

  • Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications

  • Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products

  • Report inspection and test data

  • identify non comfroming product

  • Have good documentation process

  • Preform in process inspection at machining level

Qualifications

  • Three to five years of quality control experience

  • Have the ability to program Mico VU

  • Measure components using ,micrometers, calipers, comparators, Height gage is required.

  • Have good documentation practices

  • Problem solving skills

  • Worked in a team atmosphere

  • Positive attitude

  • GD&T - Geometric Dimenstion and Tolerence expereince is required
