—-Tendering Management

  • Be responsible for the whole process of the tendering projects of Southwest China.

  • Own province base, city base and hospital base tendering project, try to win the bid with the winning list according to the product strategic / pricing plan, in key account / city / province.

  • Work closely with each level of staff including marketing and sales.

  • Get involved in price strategy in region.

  • Be responsible for database and tender public system in dedicated region.

  • Be responsible for market access event in dedicated region.

  • Be responsible for every tender project owner manufacture change based on license manufacture change.

  • Be responsible for tender government required data including but not limited online purchase order between hospital and authorization dealer, authorization dealer online authorize based on each tender and hospital, competitor tender data collection and analyses, different tender system management and data update —Pricing & Reimbursement Management

  • Support business running in dedicated part of China region.

  • Be responsible for pricing code application whole process. Work closely with sales team. Be responsible for government approval process.

  • Support the information collection and consolidation, submission in reimbursement centre for research, approval process tracking, coding list announcement. —Public Relationship

  • Keep good relationship withvarious level of governments and associations in Central China. For example province tendering purchase center, province/city health security administration and health commission, hospital purchase dept.


What are we looking for?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or other related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of related tendering management and minimum 2 years of pricing work experience. Medical device industry is preferred.

  • Must be used to taking high level of independent responsibility and decision making on a day to day basis with a high degree of personal accountability.

  • Ability to travel 60%-70% of the time.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Be able to work on own initiative.

  • Fluent Mandarin language skills both in written and spoken.
