The PT&I/ Mayfield Sales Specialist will be responsible for sales of products under these franchises within Latin America & Caribbean Markets. Primary responsibility will be to achieve or exceed defined regional sales revenue targets through strategic planning and coordinated activities in conjunction with Latin America international sales managers. PT&I/ Mayfield Sales Specialist will also be responsible for relationship building and new account targeting as well as coaching and development of PT&I/ Mayfield selling skills with the distributors’ s sales force within their assigned territory.

PT&I/ Mayfield Sales Specialist will have extensive product knowledge and exceptional customer service. The PT&I/ Mayfield Sales Specialist will call on multiple call points/ specializations with +70% of time spent in the Field and Operating Room. The PT&I/ Mayfield Sales Specialist will work across Integra functional areas to ensure customer satisfaction. The PT&I/ Mayfield Sales Specialist will work with regional team to ensure that all regional/ corporate financial goals are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and drive the regional sales activities and achievements with PT&I/ Mayfield product franchise, particularly focused on increasing sales.

  • Work with the Latin America international sales managers to attain realistic and achievable quarterly sales objectives for PT&I/ Mayfield products as defined by corporate senior management.

  • Partner with the Latin America international sales managers in developing the PT&I/ Mayfield selling skills of Distributors’ s sales force within the assigned territory.

  • Develop a formal business plan at the beginning of each fiscal year to be followed by subsequent, monthly, and quarterly territory reports aimed at achieving territory sales goals.

  • Analyze sales, marketing, and financial information to monitor achievement toward sales goals. Keep the Sales and Marketing teams promptly and accurately informed of competitive activities, industry trends and products acceptance.

  • Work with Latin America international sales managers to organize and support case coverage with key customers, also to provide a consultative role in the OR environment in accordance with specific product indications.

  • Take initiative to identify new business opportunities.

  • Maintain high level of technical, product and disease state knowledge.

  • Operate within defined budgets and strictly in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.

  • Perform sales administrative duties in a timely manner and as defined by management.

  • To effectively maintain communications with sales personnel and customer service personnel so that they both operate efficiently within established company policy and values.

  • Develop rapport and positive business environments with an ever-increasing number of nationally recognized key customers to build the image of the company.

  • Represent the company in a manner consistent with policy and procedure at all conventions and key customer gatherings.

  • Knows, understands, and commits to respecting the INTEGRA Group promises/commitments, the Quality policy, the safety charter as well as all the rules and processes applicable to the role. Strictly adhere to the policies and procedures within the Code of Conduct and the Integra’s compliance program.

QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required; a business or science-related degree preferred.

  • At least five (5) years working experience similar role or inside Hospitals, preferably with surgical instruments.

  • Ability to manage multiple HCP (specialty) relationships spanning nursing, surgeon, intensivists, other OR staff.

  • Skilled and experienced at coaching and counselling distributor’s sales managers and field representatives.

  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and selling skills.

  • Track record of developing sales plans and executing

  • Team player

  • Physically capable of standing for long hours in the Operating Room during cases.

  • Administrative and financial management skills relative to job expectations. Advanced user of MS office

  • Language skills - Fluent English in addition to Native Portuguese is essential, Spanish will be a plus.

  • Self-motivated, able to work in a matrix structure with minimal levels of supervision.

  • Self-starter with excellent planning and organizational skills.

  • Ability to travel in the Latin America region and the Caribbean markets as needed.
